Isn’t NGP Software another major email list/CRM vendor? I thought they were the leading vendor among Democrats. http://www.ngpsoftware.com

how about AIM (American Information Marketing, LLC) at http://www.aimonline.us?
They’re one of the only sources of Registered Voter email lists and all are opt-in.
They offer tons of other opt-in email list segments like Hispanics, Donors to specific causes, etc. And they also offer opt-in voter mobile numbers with included SMS text messaging.
