What's new to think about?

First I apologize that this newsletter is 2 days late but I was at NOI Digital BootCamp all week last week and staying engaged in the training took priority for me.
This month I found myself thinking a lot about social media tactics. Sometimes it feels like we recycle the same tactics like denial of hashtag over and over yet the social media ecosystem is ever evolving. How do we better harness the creativity we have to innovate the tactics we use while still respecting the limited capacity and resources most organizations have at their ready. I don’t claim to have all the answers on this one but one possible solution that came to me was to start hosting once a month Google Hangouts specifically to gather together and brainstorm together to see if we can find new and exciting ways to spur our communities to action. Interested in participating? Email me or tweet at me and if there are enough of you we can give it a try!
