What a Digital-Era Candidate Looks Like

Digital Politics Radio

Earlier this month I had the absolute pleasure of going on Sirius/XM’s Left Jab Radio to talk digital politics with hosts Mark Walsh and Jonathan Aberman. We covered some serious ground in just 15 minutes, from big trends like the tension between money and people-powered politics down to the nitty gritty of political ad targeting and social media. We also touched on the dynamics of campaigns — and the kinds of candidates who’ll thrive — in a digital-dominated political environment.

I had a blast that day, and I hope you’ll enjoy listening to the discussion as much as I did participating in it. Also on that episode: Peter Singer, whose novel Ghost Fleet I’ve been very much looking forward to reading, Josh Voorhees of Slate and John Ourand of Sports Business Journal. Illustrious company! Check it out.
