Twitter is clearly a strategy, it has it’s own “unique” followers. It is a tool because it provides “function.” Together, it’s part of a process to achieve “goals.” To the people who are not trying to capitalize on Twitter and just rant and rave … It’s just cool.

I leave this as a case study since it seems a very charged issue indeed with the EEOC in trouble, with Obama answer 2 ? http://tinyurl.com/d27bkc very vague, Understanding that 11.2% of the unemployed are veterans, Understanding that the “So-Called” Veterans’ Preference Laws utilized by the Federal Government to employ is a good attempt http://tinyurl.com/d7mw8f, Notice lack of utilization of VRA or VEOA outside of DOD, Understanding that the Merit System Protection Board adjudicates complaints has never decided in favor of a veteran in any appeal http://tinyurl.com/dyaokt, and Understanding that the American’s with Disabilities Act and the EEOC have given opinions concerning PTSD http://tinyurl.com/dlhoz4

Sure case study for sure..........
