		<description>Very interesting thought!  I think he&#039;ll be able to mobilize them to a limited degree but detailed policy action is slightly more difficult than general support.  Some of his army want all troops out now - are they going to be fully engaged if he does a slow withdrawal?  Or are they going to use his organization as a tool for discontent?  

All in all, though, I think he&#039;ll use the army for good.  And his managerial skills have been well-proven by the campaign.  So I&#039;m optimistic.</description>
