Note my choice of blinding yellow polyester to wake up the audience, who have had to show up at the dangerously early hour of 11:30.

DC geeks meet Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, who seems oddly overjoyed.
With two SXSW party buddies, new friend Roderick and my long-time SXSW partner-in-crime, El Chupacabra (who appears to be distracted, no doubt by some young lovely).

All in all, a hell of an experience — and I think we might all have learned a thing or two by the time we were done. Until next year….

Looking at the third picture, it’s clear you’ve missed your calling. Time to move back to Texas and become a high school football coach.

We came to play and play hard, but it’s going to be a real battle out there. Both sides want the win and it’s just going to come down to who wants it more.
But remember, football’s a team sport and we’ll win or lose as a team. This isn’t about any one player, no matter how good — it’s about how well we all play the game. I want to see some good ball out there: some good blocks, some good tackles and some good hits. Now let’s bow our heads in prayer to our true Number One Player, the one who’s always on our side, Jesus Christ.
How’s that?

I was there and can confirm Colin’s presence. Despite the early hour, he seemed sober and lucid. Maybe it was the yellow shirt, but what he had to say actually made a lot of sense.
