		<description>I think you're absolutely right. There will be some impact from the socnets. Certainly communications will occur differently. But the candidates messages, how motivating the issues are, whether the Presidential is close,and the weather on election day, will still be bigger determinants of outcome. If anything, fear of a draft could motivate digital natives to turn out in greater numbers. If that happens there will be much speculation on whether the socnets had a part to play.</description>
