		<description>I hear that about Giuliani a lot -- that he can't win the primary. But the thing is... I only hear it from Democrats (okay, and Romney supporters). Giuliani's efforts to persuade social conservatives that he's an ally seem to be going pretty well, and terrorism will probably be bigger issues for the GOP base than social issues, anyway. 

You may be right in the end but by no means is it a foregone conclusion.</description>
