Advocacy in the Mobile Age

The US is starting to catch up to the rest of the world when it comes to using mobile phones for non-voice applications, and it is a good thing for advocacy and political campaigns.

Mobile technology can be used to mobilize activists to take offline actions, donate money over the phone, share photos and video, and the many more actions to come. New ways to integrate mobile phones and Internet advocacy are emerging and the potential impact is dazzling.

Join the Internet Advocacy Roundtable as we present Justin Oberman, one of the world’s leading experts in mobile advocacy.

When: Thursday, October 19, 2006, Noon-2:00 PM
Where: Vanguard Communications, 2121 K Street, NW,, Washington, DC
Cost: $60, lunch included

I’ll see you guys there.
